We're not happy unless you're happy. Most charges aren't refundable once incurred (we paid the gateway and the underlying networks), but we offer a fair, narrow set of refund cases below and we'll always look at edge cases on their merits.
Wallet top-ups are non-refundable once credited. We don't refund deposited funds — your unused balance simply stays in your wallet until you need it. Start with a small top-up if you're testing.
Monthly plan fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. If you cancel mid-cycle you keep full access until the end of the period and you are not charged again. We do not pro-rate refunds for the unused portion of a cycle.
Exception: if you were charged for a cycle in which EnoSend had a verified, sustained outage that prevented you from using the service for more than 24 hours, contact us and we'll refund or credit pro-rata.
Wallet top-ups are non-refundable once credited because the funds may already be used. However, on a written request within 14 days of the top-up and provided the funds are unspent, we will refund the net amount (top-up minus Paystack fees, which we never receive).
Per-session charges are billed at the start of each session's cycle. They are non-refundable once incurred. Sessions that had zero activity in a cycle are not charged on renewal — see our billing engine for details.
If your WhatsApp number is blocked, banned or restricted by WhatsApp itself, no refund will be issued. That decision is taken by WhatsApp based on its own rules and is outside our control. Read our Acceptable Use Policy to reduce the risk of being blocked.
Please contact us before raising a chargeback — most issues are faster to resolve directly. Disputed transactions are investigated; abusive chargebacks may result in suspension.
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with your invoice or top-up reference. We respond within 5 working days.
